I feel fortunate to have all of these people working beside me. They are well trained, dependable and congenial. Thank you, Janae TUITION PAYMENTS Reminder: ALL Accounts are due the first lesson of the month. This is a yearly tuition rate, divided equally over nine months. E-mailed statements are sent out at the end of each month with your current balance. Any account not paid by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $15.00 late fee. For your convenience, we have a locked drop box next to the computer on the front counter. We also accept VISA & MC Debit/Credit Payments. You may also pay by card online by registering your account. In order to take full advantage of the instruction offered, regular attendance is necessary. There are no reductions for missed lessons. Additional payment policies: · For any student or family whose account is more than 2 months in arrears, classes will be closed to that student or family until all payments are brought up to date. · All accounts remain open, and all expenses will continue to be charged to the student until the office is notified of withdrawal from class. COSTUME DEPOSITS The costumes you purchase for our May recital vary in cost. The average cost is as follows: Small - Medium Child sizes $45.00 - $60.00; Large Child - Adult sizes $55.00 - $70.00. Tights run between $10.00 - $15.00. Costume Deposits are due the week of November 13th, 2017. Any student who will not be participating in our May dance recital must notify us at this time. An initial non-refundable deposit of at least $20.00 per class is required. The attached form must be submitted with the correct deposit. This is our assurance that you will assume the responsibility of participating in the dance recital, and the financial obligations involved with the purchase of costumes. OFFICE HOURS Monday 3:45-8:00 Tuesday 3:45-7:00 Wednesday 3:45-7:30 Thursday 3:45-8:00 Friday 3:15-6:30 Closed Saturday and Sunday. PARKING Additional parking is available in the lot at Sherman & Columbus. The Barber Shop and the Bank on Columbus are good options for after hours parking. Please do not park in Bell Bar or Tuthills parking lots. THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE SIDEWALKS. SNOW DAYS In case of inclement weather, watch WNEM-TV5, log on to www.WNEM.com, www.perrywoodard.com or check our Facebook page. We will also send a mass text. WeDO NOT follow the public school closings. Snow days are unpredictable. We reserve the right to cancel class due to inclement weather. After 2 cancellations on a given day, we will reschedule the classes.
SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATION Please follow us on Facebook and Instragram. Links can be found on our website! PASS-A-LONG SHOES & DANCEWEAR! All of our kids grow so fast! So if you have some out-grown dancewear, ballet, jazz, tap or acrobatic shoes you’d like to “Pass-A-Long” to another dancer – just tie, rubberband or bag them together; put size (or approximate) on bottom of shoe; place in the appropriate cube, located in the lobby. AND, if you need to “shop” for some shoes…feel free! Let’s see if we can help one another through the “growing pains.” This is donation only…no money will be exchanged. (If you would like to sell used shoes, you may post a note on the bulletin board.)
